Duration: 1–2 hours onlinePersonal Protective Equipment (PPE) Awareness examines the importance of PPE as a means of protecting individuals from workplace hazards and describes the types of PPE which may be used in the workplace.
This course is designed for all workers who require PPE in order to work safely.
Completion: At the end of the module, there is a test. Participants that do not achieve 100% can review the module content and try as many times as necessary to complete the course.

Learners will be introduced to the Red Cross Look, Listen, Link, Live model and will learn how to support others to cope with the effects of various types of stress. This course can also be taken in combination with the Red Cross Self-Care online course to supplement and strengthen an overall psychosocial wellness program.
